Keep the Circle Open. Help the Next Man Find His Place.

Massachusetts Men’s Gathering (MMG) works because of the mix of men who show up. We want to make sure every man has a seat at the table, especially younger guys or anyone currently navigating a tight budget. Bringing us together takes a little coordination, insurance, and site deposits—but more than anything, it takes a community looking out for its own. Your support covers those nuts and bolts so we can keep the doors open for everyone.

Why Your Donation Matters

Your contribution ensures that the MMG experience remains available and affordable for every man, now and in the future. By donating, you are:

  • Sponsoring a Brother: Ensuring a man who is struggling financially can attend a weekend without worrying about the cost.
  • Keeping the Lights On: Helping cover the essential, practical costs—like site deposits and insurance—that keep MMG running year after year.
  • Breaking Isolation: Creating a permanent space for friendship, authenticity, and lifelong support systems.
  • Guarding the Space: Ensuring a safe, authentic environment for the next generation of men when they need it most.

A Quick Note from the Guys on the Organizing Committee

We use Givebutter to keep things simple and secure. We’re a grassroots, volunteer-led community—no corporate sponsors, just us. Whether you can chip in $10 or $100, your generosity doesn’t just buy a ticket; it welcomes a man into the room.

Thanks to you all for making a new guy feel so welcome and comfortable!

This was my first weekend. I did things (singing, dancing) that I ordinarily wouldn’t have done.

What I learned about myself will spill over into my relationship at home. And I came here believing I was an open guy!

Why is it that, with MMG, we are more playful yet more respectful of other men?

The weekend was more than I expected: friendship, support, fun, education, and great food!

What a great time! It seemed to pass so quickly. To digest it all will take a while. I feel really good, happy, and serene.

For the first time in my life, I had someone—several men, actually—to talk to about my feelings and problems.

When I walked through the doors the first time, I was accepted right away.

I have never had the courage to ask for male friendship until now.
